Fee Summary
In many cases, YCNGA will install a natural gas service line at no cost for up to 300 feet when both a central heating system (gas pack or central furnace) and a gas water heater are installed.
Some installations are more complex and may require an Aid-in-Construction Fee. This may apply if the service line exceeds 300 feet or must cross obstacles such as creeks, bridges, railroads, or other areas that require specialized construction methods. In rare cases, service may not be available if construction is determined to be physically or financially impractical.
